We really love the screened in deck and sun porch. I get nothing done these days because I just want to lounge around on the deck with my two yelping dogs. Now that the dust has settled from our move, we wanted to take the time to write you a letter of thanks for our beautiful home. I remember our sigh of relief when you gave us the news that you would build our home on this coveted piece of property that we all had our eyes on. That relief lasted us through the entire building process as you all made it incredibly easy every step of the way. You eliminated any stress that is typically associated with building a custom home.
All of the suppliers we worked with were also courteous and knowledgeable. We feel like we were able to achieve the majority of our design goals within budget. As Todd took us through the building process, he was always very thorough and informative. Never did we feel like we had to make any compromises. Ted and I have a motto that “if you want something done right, you’ve got to do it yourself.” Well you proved as a welcome exception to that rule as you built us such a quality dream home. We are very excited to raise our family here.

The process with Battle Street Builders has been painless—and we have had a couple of very serious family emergencies thrown our way during the construction process and I have never once needed to worry about what was happening here. We met with Joe Evangelisto prior to the holidays and he was very patient with the amount of times we kicked back the drawings to change yet another thing. Construction began on President’s Day and they will be completely finished this week.
Todd has been our site supervisor and has done a WONDERFUL job! I have been informed every step of the way of what is happening each day and he hasn’t minded the numerous calls or questions I’ve thrown his way. We highly recommend Battle Street Builders for any of your construction needs.
